Following a product demonstration, VBC Risk Analytics may provide API proof of concept access:

• Pre-requisites: API POC access is enabled after a demo, subject to execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
• API Key Provisioning: API keys are provided directly by VBC Risk Analytics (no account creation on this Website). Basic customer organization and contact details are collected via email or other direct communication methods
• Trial and Production: API keys for trial and production use are provisioned in conjunction with applicable MSA, BAA, SOW, and NDA agreements

4.2 Required Agreements for Platform Services

Engagement for platform services is governed by the following agreements, executed separately:

• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Required for API POC access and confidential information exchange
• Business Associate Agreement (BAA): Required for all engagements involving Protected Health Information (PHI) to ensure HIPAA compliance
• Master Service Agreement (MSA): Governs the overall service relationship, general terms and conditions, warranties, liability, and legal framework
• Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement: Defines specific implementation scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and support service level agreements (SLAs)

4.3 Deployment Options

Platform services may be deployed based on your organizational requirements:

• VBC Risk Analytics SaaS (AWS): Cloud-hosted solution on VBC Risk Analytics' AWS infrastructure. For SaaS deployments, VBC Risk Analytics collects basic details about the customer organization and contact person to provision and deliver services.
• Customer On-Premises: Deployed within your organization's data center infrastructure
• Customer Cloud/Data Center: Deployed in your organization's cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) or private data center

Deployment model, implementation scope, pricing, payment terms, and support SLAs are specified in the applicable SOW or Service Agreement.
